ICON Dinner - Wednesday 20 September

What is an ICON dinner? Agastronomic delight! The Restaurants at Canberra Institute of Technology (Restaurants@CIT) invite chefs of note from restaurants around Australia to prepare a three course dinner and match wines that complement the meal. The chef for September's ICON dinner will be Stephen Mercer from Mercer's Restaurant in Melbourne.
